Book an IT review

Free · 60 minutes online · no obligation

The facts first. Then a proposal.

One hour online with an engineer, not a salesperson. We go through 8 areas together, and after the meeting you get one page with the three things worth tackling first. In plain language, without jargon.

We check 8 things that can bring a business to a halt.

  • Backups

Whether a backup exists and whether you could actually restore the business from it.

  • Ransomware protection

What would stop your data from being encrypted, and what happens if it doesn't.

  • Network and Wi-Fi

Performance, coverage and whether guests can see your data.

  • Access and passwords

Who has administrator rights and where passwords are stored.

  • Business email

Whether your domain is protected against impersonation.

  • Server and computers

Hardware condition and what will need a decision within the year.

  • Licences

What you pay for, what you don't use and what you pay for twice.

  • KSeF readiness

Access, permissions and the invoice submission process.

This is not a compliance audit or a penetration test. It's a quick, honest picture of what works and what could stop you.

This is what the scorecard looks like.

One page, three priorities, each with a rationale and estimated effort. An example is shown alongside so you know what to expect.

Why for free?

Because it's the most honest way to get to know each other. After the review, some businesses fix things themselves, and that's a good outcome too.

No scare tactics, no hard sell and no weekly follow-up calls. If you ask for a proposal, it will be based on what we established in the review, not on guesswork from a sales call.

Before you book a time.

Is the review really free?

Yes. The review takes 60 minutes and costs nothing. The scorecard is yours, and you can act on it yourselves or with any provider.

Do you install or change anything?

No. We talk and go through the agreed scope together. We don't install or change anything.

Do you come to our premises for the review?

No. The review is carried out online only, by video call. That makes it quicker to find a time, and your location doesn't matter. We only come on site for specific work.

What do we need to prepare?

Just an hour of your time. Ideally, someone who knows how your email, backups and access work should join the call. If there is no such person, that's important information too.

Will you keep calling us afterwards?

We don't call every week. If you ask for a proposal after the review, we'll base it on what we agreed together. If not, that's a good outcome too.
