Orders from all channels in one place, without rewriting
We are implementing Base, formerly Base Linker: we collect orders from all sales channels, set up shipments and automations, and then connect everything with your accounting or ERP system.

When it's worth tackling
If you recognise two or three of these signs, a free online consultation will show whether to start, and where.
- Orders from Allegro, the store and other channels are handled in separate panels.
- Someone is copying orders or customer data into the accounting program every day.
- Inventory varies between channels and sometimes something is sold that is not available.
- Courier labels are printed manually, one by one.
- You already have Base, but you only use it to a small extent because no one has configured it properly.
- You want to enter a new marketplace and are afraid that order processing will double.
What we do as part of this service.
- 1
Channel and process analysis
We write down where orders come from, how they go through the company and where time is lost today. Based on this, we design the configuration.
- 2
Order Manager
Statuses, views, allocation rules and order handling from all connected channels in one list.
- 3
Marketplace and Store
Connection of sales channels, synchronisation of offers, stock and prices with selected platforms.
- 4
Product catalogue
Order in the product database: parameters, photos, variants and translations to make the offer consistent in all channels.
- 5
Shipping
Integration with courier companies, carrier selection rules and printing labels in series instead of individually.
- 6
Automatic actions
Changing statuses, issuing documents and messages to clients are triggered by rules, not manually.
- 7
Integration with accounting or ERP
Connection of Base to the system in which you run accounting and warehouse, via ready-made integration or API, if there is no ready-made one.
- 8
Team training
We show order handlers how to work in the new configuration and leave short instructions.
What you get in writing.
Order process map
How an order moves from the sales channel to shipping and accounting, before and after change.
Configured account Base
Channels, statuses, shipments and automatic actions set and tested on real orders.
Automation description
List of rules: what triggers them and what they do. So that in a year we will know why the status changes on its own.
Team manual
A short document for people who handle orders on a daily basis.
Who is responsible for what.
You are responsible for sales, prices and relations with the marketplace. We are responsible for ensuring that the system that handles it is set correctly.
On the NexaIT side
- process analysis and configuration design
- configuration of channels, statuses, shipments and automation
- integration with the accounting or ERP system within the agreed scope
- tests on real orders and post-launch fixes
- team documentation and training
On your side
- Base licence purchased directly from the manufacturer
- access to marketplace, store and courier company accounts
- designation of a person who is familiar with the procurement process
- decisions regarding prices, offers and sales conditions
What this service doesn't include.
Clear scope boundaries are part of a good contract. We talk about them before you sign, not when the first invoice arrives.
If you need any of these things, we'll tell you straight that it's not our area of expertise and tell you what to look for.
- sales and customer service of the store
- advertising campaigns on the marketplace and in search engines
- graphic design of the store and writing offer content
- selling the Base licence, which you buy directly from the manufacturer
- resolving disputes with the marketplace regarding regulations and returns
When it's a good fit, and when it isn't
It makes sense if
- You sell in at least two channels and processing orders takes a real part of the day.
- You want orders to be transferred to accounting without rewriting.
- You already have Base, but you feel that you only use a small part of it.
We don't recommend it if
- You sell in one channel and place several orders a day. Then all you need is the store panel itself.
- Are you looking for an agency that will manage sales and advertising. We deal with the system, not marketing.
What does the price depend on?
We prepare the valuation after the analysis. For orientation: configuration work is billed at PLN 280 net per hour, integration of two systems from PLN 7,500 net, and automation of one process from start to finish from PLN 7,000 net.
- number of sales channels and courier companies to connect
- the status of the product catalogue and how much needs to be organised in it
- is integration with accounting or ERP ready or does it need to be built?
- number of automatic rules and exceptions in the process
Questions before you decide.
Is Base the same as BaseLinker?
Yes. BaseLinker renamed to Base. If you have a BaseLinker account, we work on the same system.
Will Base replace our accounting or ERP system?
No. Base handles sales: orders, offers, shipments. Accounting, human resources and full warehouse management are carried out in the ERP system. A combination of both works best and that's the part we do.
How long does implementation take?
Depends on the number of channels and integration. Simple setup takes a few days, and connection to the accounting system usually takes one to four weeks. The deadline is given after the analysis, not before it.
We already have Base. Can you just improve the configuration?
Yes. We start by reviewing your current settings and listing the things that take the most time. Automatic actions that no one has set before often provide the greatest effect.

First, a conversation about the process, then the tool.
- You tell us about the processOnline, by video call. What takes up time today, which systems hold the data and what you want to achieve.
- We tell you whether it's worth itSometimes a change to a spreadsheet or a process is enough. If so, we'll say that instead of proposing a project.
- You get the next stepBy email after the meeting: what to map, what data to prepare and what the price depends on.
We don't use a contact form. We answer the phone and reply to emails.
