IT outsourcing in Wrocław as a remote IT department.
IT outsourcing means that an external company takes over responsibility for computers, accounts, email, the network, servers and backup within the scope set out in the contract. The helpdesk is the first point of contact for employees, and behind it are monitoring, administration, updates and supplier coordination.
We provide this kind of support to businesses in Wrocław remotely. A ticket does not bounce between the internet provider, the software vendor and the computer seller, because diagnosis is carried out by one responsible person, and we bring in other suppliers when the cause lies on their side.
We agree the scope after an inventory. We list devices, systems, licences, locations and critical processes, and then choose the package and SLA. You will find a description of the packages, exclusions and billing rules on the service page.
IT outsourcing: scope, packages and SLARemote IT support as part of a fixed subscription.
Most day-to-day support happens in management consoles and remote sessions, so distance doesn't affect how quickly we pick up a ticket.
- unlimited helpdesk tickets for staff, subject to fair use
- monitoring of workstations and servers with alerts
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: accounts, email, permissions
- system updates and backup checks
- changes to a cloud-managed network
A week of remote support step by step.
This is what a typical ticket looks like in a company on the BUSINESS IT package. The response times come from the price list and are written into the contract, and the support window for this package is working days, 8:00-18:00.
1. Ticket. On Monday at 9:00 the sales department reports in the helpdesk that a shared folder on the server will not open. Other departments are working normally, and the files can be retrieved from a backup for the time being. This is priority P2.
2. Pick-up within the SLA time. In BUSINESS IT we pick up a P2 ticket within 4 business hours, P1 within 1 business hour, and P3 and P4 within 8 business hours. In the START IT package these times are 4 business hours for P1, 8 business hours for P2 and the next working day for P3 and P4.
3. Remote diagnosis. The technician connects to the server and checks permissions, the event log and recent changes. If the cause is the configuration, the fix and a test with the user take place in the same session.
4. A visit only when needed. If the diagnosis points to a failed disk or switch, we agree the visit date, the scope and the travel cost. Until then, we keep a workaround in place, for example access to the files from a backup.
5. Report. We close the ticket with a description of the cause and the actions taken. The monthly report shows all tickets, and those that keep coming back go into the change plan discussed at the quarterly review.
Visits in Wrocław planned in advance and combined into one.
We plan taking over the environment, cabling, installing access points, replacing a server and deployments that require presence as visits scheduled in advance. We do not promise to arrive on the day of a failure, which is why, when tidying up the environment, we prepare workarounds: a backup internet link, a second access point or a backup you can work from until the visit.
Before setting off, we prepare the configuration and parts, and we group the work so that one visit closes several tasks. Afterwards, you receive a summary and a list of matters for decision.
In the PROFESSIONAL IT package, intended for companies with 21-50 workstations, one on-site visit per quarter is part of the scope. In the START IT and BUSINESS IT packages, visits and travel are a separate item.
The first month of support dedicated to stabilising the environment.
We start the takeover with a handover record of access, administrator accounts, backups, endpoint protection, the domain, email, the network and devices. We rank gaps by their impact on business continuity. A failed backup or an active account of a former employee has a higher priority than standardising the hardware.
Once the basics are in order, we draw up a plan for the following months: updates, replacements, network projects, migrations or automation. Every larger change gets a scope, a cost and an acceptance criterion. The company keeps the documentation and access to its own services even after our cooperation ends.
We do not require all tools to be replaced at the start. If a solution is supported, secure and meets your needs, it stays in the environment. We recommend a change when it reduces a specific risk, removes a costly workaround or simplifies responsibility.
How onboarding worksRemote IT support for offices, services and retail.
Remote support with planned visits suits offices, service businesses, retail and organisations that mainly use cloud systems or manageable infrastructure. It works well where the owner wants one point of contact, predictable rules and documentation.
A plant that needs a technician on the shop floor every day, or someone on site shortly after a ticket is raised, may need a different model. We will assess this during the free review, before you sign anything.
What matters is the type of devices, whether they can be managed remotely, the workarounds available and the cost of downtime. A small environment with equipment that needs physical handling may require a different approach than a larger office running in the cloud.
Projects delivered remotely from automation to ERP implementation.
Automation, BI analytics, Base and ERP implementations and training are largely delivered remotely. For businesses in Wrocław, this is often the simplest way to try working together on one task before you hand over all of your IT to us.
Every project has a scope, a price and acceptance criteria. For an email migration or a network or server replacement, we agree a maintenance window, the people who will test and a rollback plan, and after the deployment we hand over a description of the configuration.
AI, data and implementationsWhat makes up the price and what we bill separately.
The subscription depends on the number of users, devices, servers, locations, support hours and the required SLA. Larger projects, hardware, licences and on-site visits are listed separately, unless the individual contract says otherwise. You know the rate and the expected travel cost before work starts.
The free online review lets us identify the three most important risks and decide whether you need ongoing support, a one-off project or a different support model. A full audit is a separate service, for when detailed process diagrams, documentation or an investment plan are needed.
When comparing offers, set side by side the support hours, the SLA definition, the work included in the subscription, visit terms, licence costs and how the environment is handed over after the contract. The monthly amount alone, without this information, does not show the scope of responsibility.
Compare managed IT packagesTravel and visit cost in Wrocław.
The route from Świebodzin to Wrocław city centre is about 225 km, via the S3 expressway and the A4 motorway. There and back that is about 450 km, which we charge at PLN 1.50 net per kilometre. At this distance, we come for planned work and combine several tasks into one visit.
On top of travel comes working time on site at the hourly rate. The more tasks one visit covers, the smaller the share of travel in the cost of each. We give you the amount for your address before we set off.
| Route from Świebodzin, one way | approx. 225 km |
|---|---|
| Kilometres charged, there and back | approx. 450 km |
| Rate per kilometre | PLN 1.50 |
| Labour: 2 h × PLN 280 | PLN 560 |
Net amounts, excluding the price of devices. The travel cost is kilometres multiplied by the rate, calculated for a specific address before we set off.
An on-site IT company or a remote IT department.
When looking for IT support in Wrocław, you usually compare two models: an IT company with a technician in the city, or an external IT department that does most of the work remotely. NexaIT works in the second model and says so plainly.
The table shows the differences between the models without rating specific companies. Local offers differ in scope, so treat the first column as a list of questions for the provider.
| Criterion | IT company in Wrocław | Remote IT department (NexaIT) |
|---|---|---|
| Ticket pick-up | according to the contract with the given provider | remotely, within the package's SLA time |
| Hardware work | technician usually in the same city | visit planned in advance |
| Daily presence | possible, if the provider offers it | we do not offer it |
| Monitoring and updates | depending on the scope of the offer | in every package |
| Cost of a visit | usually without long-distance travel | labour plus travel at PLN 1.50 net per km |
| Pricing | depending on the provider | published, from PLN 1,190 net/month |
Before deciding, check how often in the last year you needed a technician on site. We will assess which model suits your company during the free review.
Questions from businesses in Wrocław.
Do you have an office in Wrocław?
No. NexaIT's only office is in Świebodzin at ul. Jeziorowa 2. We support businesses in Wrocław remotely and come on site for work planned in advance.
How quickly do you respond to a ticket?
According to the package set out in the contract. We pick up a critical ticket within 1 business hour in BUSINESS IT and within 4 business hours in START IT. Response time means picking up the ticket and starting diagnosis, and distance does not lengthen it, because diagnosis is remote.
How much does travel to a business in Wrocław cost?
We charge PLN 1.50 net per kilometre of the route from Świebodzin, there and back. For Wrocław city centre that is about 450 km. On top of that comes working time at the hourly rate, and we give you the amount for a specific address before we set off.
How does the start of our cooperation work?
With a free IT review: 60 minutes online with an engineer and a card with three priorities after the meeting. If you choose a subscription, the takeover usually takes two to four weeks and is mostly done remotely. Onboarding is billed once, at the amount of one monthly subscription.
What if hardware needs replacing?
We choose the device and prepare the configuration in advance. We install network equipment or a server during a planned visit, and a simple replacement, such as a monitor or printer, the company can do itself following our instructions. Hardware and licences are separate items on the invoice.
When is remote support not enough?
When someone is needed physically at the equipment every day, for example with a large number of devices on a shop floor. We will assess this during the free review, before you sign anything.
