What does an hour of total downtime cost you?

Run the numbers for your own business. Then let's talk about what it costs to make sure those hours don't happen.

Downtime cost per hour calculator

Monthly employee cost including on-costs

952 PLN for every hour of downtime

Back-of-the-envelope maths: 20 × PLN 8,000 ÷ 168 h. Lost margin isn't included, so this is the lower bound.

Subscription BUSINESS IT costs from PLN 2,490 per month, the same as 2.6 hours of downtime for your business.

Automation and AI

Invoices, orders and data stop being passed around manually between email, spreadsheets and systems. People only approve the exceptions.

AI and BI in practice, not in slide decks.

Before we implement anything, we calculate what it saves. Here are two examples of what that looks like in practice.

Automation with AI

From 40 minutes of retyping to a few minutes of oversight.

Invoices and orders arrive by email. The system reads the data, enters it into your software and only flags the documents that don't match for approval.

After

The maths: 40 minutes a day is about 14 hours of one person's work per month. An illustrative calculation, not a specific client result.

We deliver AI and BI in stages: process and data first, then the tool. Every project has an owner on your side.

Router with antennas on the desk

A consumer router is a door. A firewall is a security guard.

A door lets in anyone with a key. A guard checks who comes in and what goes out, and keeps a log. It makes sense from around ten workstations, or when you handle client data or work remotely.

Cybersecurity for businesses
Server rack with a power strip and switch

A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a procedure.

This is how we test a backup: we take a random file from a month ago, restore it to a clean workstation and time it with a stopwatch. The result goes into the documentation with a date.

Flat travel fee PLN 80 within 30 km of Świebodzin. Remote support across Poland, including Wrocław and the Nysa area.

The questions we hear most often.

How long does it take to take over IT from a previous provider?

Usually two to four weeks. We start with an inventory of hardware, licences and access, then formally take over passwords with a signed handover record and set up monitoring. Your business carries on as normal in the meantime.

What is the difference between response time and resolution time?

Response time is when we pick up the ticket and start diagnosing. Resolution time depends on what has broken and can't honestly be guaranteed in advance for every failure. That's why the contract states both separately.

Do you support businesses outside the Lubuskie region?

Yes. Helpdesk, monitoring and administration work remotely across Poland. On-site visits are planned: within 30 km of Świebodzin for a flat travel fee, further away per kilometre, with the amount confirmed before we set off.

Do we have to buy hardware and licences through you?

No. We can supply hardware and licences, or work with what you buy yourselves. In that case we advise on the choice and configure it, and you keep a direct relationship with the supplier.

How do we choose the right package for our size?

The starting point is the number of workstations, but what really decides is how much an hour of downtime costs. A 20-person business with production needs a shorter response time than an office of the same size. We work this out in the free review.

What if we decide not to work with you after the review?

The scorecard is yours, and you can act on it yourselves or with anyone else. We won't call you every week afterwards. Some businesses fix things themselves after the review, and that's a good outcome too.
