How long does it take to take over IT from a previous provider?
Usually two to four weeks. We start with an inventory of hardware, licences and access, then formally take over passwords with a signed handover record and set up monitoring. Your business carries on as normal in the meantime.
What is the difference between response time and resolution time?
Response time is when we pick up the ticket and start diagnosing. Resolution time depends on what has broken and can't honestly be guaranteed in advance for every failure. That's why the contract states both separately.
Do you support businesses outside the Lubuskie region?
Yes. Helpdesk, monitoring and administration work remotely across Poland. On-site visits are planned: within 30 km of Świebodzin for a flat travel fee, further away per kilometre, with the amount confirmed before we set off.
Do we have to buy hardware and licences through you?
No. We can supply hardware and licences, or work with what you buy yourselves. In that case we advise on the choice and configure it, and you keep a direct relationship with the supplier.
How do we choose the right package for our size?
The starting point is the number of workstations, but what really decides is how much an hour of downtime costs. A 20-person business with production needs a shorter response time than an office of the same size. We work this out in the free review.
What if we decide not to work with you after the review?
The scorecard is yours, and you can act on it yourselves or with anyone else. We won't call you every week afterwards. Some businesses fix things themselves after the review, and that's a good outcome too.
