We build the programme after talking to you.
Before the training we establish the participants' roles and level, the tools your business uses and the task that should go more smoothly afterwards.
We ask for safe examples: an anonymised spreadsheet, the structure of a report, a process description or a document type. From these we choose the exercises and define the outcome. Beginners don't spend time on advanced features, and experienced users don't repeat the basics.
If groups have very different goals, we suggest separate sessions rather than one general course. Participants then practise tasks similar to their own and can repeat them on company data the next day.
Company data in training, with clear rules.
Exercises on your own material work better, but they don't mean pasting confidential information into random services.
Before the session we agree which data may be used, who will prepare it and whether it needs anonymising. In AI training we cover the difference between personal and business accounts, the rules for sharing content and the situations in which a person must check the model's answer.
Participants don't receive shared passwords or permanent administrative access, and the materials contain no credentials or client information. If an exercise needs a test environment or an additional licence, we say so in the proposal.
We check the result before the training ends.
Each participant completes the agreed task themselves instead of just watching the trainer.
In Power BI that might be a measure and a view on test data, in Excel cleaning and joining tables, in no-code a flow with error handling, and in AI a prompt with criteria for checking the result. The trainer goes through the corrections and notes the problems that came up repeatedly in the group.
The materials and email support after the training help carry this into everyday work. If what the business needs is a finished process or dashboard rather than new skills in the team, we suggest an implementation with a short handover session.
Who training is right for, and when a consultation is better.
A workshop works best when participants will use the tool themselves in recurring work.
Choose training when you want to build skills in the team, have someone responsible for using the tool afterwards and can name the tasks to practise. A short consultation is enough when the decision is about choosing a tool or assessing an idea. An implementation is better when the team needs a finished result rather than the skills to build it.
One session cannot replace the practice needed to develop complex data models, automations or an AI usage policy on your own, and we don't promise that it will. The scope should match what participants will do after the training.
Training or implementation? Sometimes both.
Power BI training makes sense if someone in your business will be developing reports. If you just need a working dashboard, it's quicker and cheaper to have it built and train the team only in using it.
Questions about training.
Can the training take place remotely?
Yes. We train remotely or at your premises. On-site training carries a PLN 500 net surcharge for travel and logistics.
What data do we practise on?
Yours, where possible: the reports, spreadsheets and processes you work with every day. In AI training, we start with which company data should never be pasted into AI tools.
What do we have after the course?
Materials, a certificate of completion and 7-14 days of email support. After Power BI training you have a working report; after AI training, a library of 50+ prompts for your work.
How many people can take part?
Groups are small so that everyone has time to do the exercises: AI in business up to 8 people, Power BI and analytics up to 6, Excel and Google Sheets up to 8, no-code automation up to 6. We split larger teams into separate sessions.

Yes. Before the course we ask about your goals and the participants' level, then choose modules so the time goes on what the team actually needs.
