The program arises after a conversation, Not from a ready slide.
Before training we determine the roles of participants, their level, the tools used in the company and the task to be performed more efficiently after the meeting.
Please provide examples of safe materials: anonymized sheet, report structure, process description or document type. On this basis, we choose the exercise and determine the effect. The starting group does not waste time on advanced functions, and experienced users do not repeat the basics.
We confirm the scope before the deadline. If the objectives of several groups are very different, we recommend separate sessions instead of one general training. Thanks to this, the participant exercises tasks similar to his/her work and can recreate the solution on company data the next day.
Company data in training, with clear rules.
Exercises on your own materials increase usefulness, but do not mean sticking confidential information into random services.
Before classes, we determine what data can be used, who prepares it, and whether it needs to be anonymized. In training with AI, we discuss the difference between private and corporate accounts, content sharing rules and situations where the model's response has to be checked by man.
We do not provide participants with common passwords or permanent administrative access. Training materials do not contain secrets, login data or customer information. If the exercise requires a test environment or an additional licence, we describe this in the offer before training.

The participant performs an agreed task, not just watching the leader's demonstration.
In the Power BI it may be the preparation of the measure and view on the test data, in Excel cleaning and combining tables, in the no-code running flow with error handling, and in the AI creating a command with the criteria of verification of the result. The lead discusses amendments and records the group's most common problems.
After training, materials and the period of email support help to apply knowledge in daily work. If the company's goal is a ready process or desktop, not the development of the team's competence, we recommend implementation with a short instruction. Distinguishing these objectives protects the budget and time of participants.
To whom training makes sense, And when it's better to consult.
The workshop works best when participants use the new tool on their own in repetitive work.
The training is worth choosing when the company wants to build internal competence, has a person responsible for further use and can indicate tasks to practice. Short consultation is better if the decision concerns the choice of the tool or the assessment of the idea. Implementation will work if the team needs a finished result, not the skills to build it.
Before we offer, we separate these needs. We do not add all-day training to the project if the user instruction is sufficient. Nor do we promise that one session will replace the practice needed to develop complex data models, automation or AI policies on its own. The scope is intended to correspond to the real role of participants after the meeting.
Training or implementation? Sometimes both.
Power BI training makes sense if someone in your business will be developing reports. If you just need a working dashboard, it's quicker and cheaper to have it built and train the team only in using it.

Can the training take place remotely?
Yes. We train remotely or at your premises. On-site training carries a PLN 500 net surcharge for travel and logistics.
What data do we practise on?
Yours, where possible: the reports, spreadsheets and processes you work with every day. In AI training, we start with which company data should never be pasted into AI tools.
What do we have after the course?
Materials, a certificate of completion and 7-14 days of email support. After Power BI training you have a working report; after AI training, a library of 50+ prompts for your work.

Yes. Before the course we ask about your goals and the participants' level, then choose modules so the time goes on what the team actually needs.
