Principles short and fair.

A referral counts when the referred business signs a subscription agreement for at least 3 months.
There's no limit on referrals. Each additional referral extends the discount period.
We'll tell you whether the referred business has spoken to us and whether it has signed a contract. We don't share the details of those conversations, because we're bound by confidentiality.
The programme also covers business-to-business referrals, for example an accounting firm referring one of its clients.
