Partnership and usage are two different things.

A partnership means an agreement with the vendor and access to its support channel and technical resources. Using a technology simply means we work with it. Mixing the two easily blurs that difference, so we show them separately.

How we choose technology for a business

  1. We don't replace what worksIf you have working infrastructure from a brand we're not partnered with, we maintain it. Replacing working equipment just because of our preferences would be a cost with no benefit.
  2. Partnerships matter when something breaksAccess to the vendor's support channel shortens the time to fix a problem that can't be diagnosed locally. That's the practical side of a partnership, not the prestige.
  3. Licence costs are shown separatelyHardware, licences and services are three separate line items. Bundling licences into the service price makes offers impossible to compare and hides a recurring cost.
  4. One platform instead of fourWherever possible, we choose solutions managed from a single console. Four consoles mean four places where something can be missed.
