IT that doesn't hold up month-end close.
Email, accounting software, e-signatures, permissions and backups form one process. Support should look after all of it, not just react to a broken computer.

The accounting calendar doesn't wait for a technician.
An outage at month-end has a different impact than the same problem a week earlier. That's why priority depends on the process affected, not on the name of the device.

One party responsible for the dependencies.
We coordinate workstations, network, servers, cloud and application vendors within the scope set out in the contract. Accounting and tax decisions remain with the firm.
First, map the systems and deadlines.
Before we make a proposal, we list users, devices, applications, vendors, backups and critical deadlines. Only then do we define the scope of support and response times.
The copy is only ready after the play test.
The accounting program, customer documents, mail and work files can be stored in different locations. First, we determine which data is necessary to work, where they are created, and who is responsible for their copy. Then we save retention, encryption, storage and people receiving an error alert.
We perform the playback test in an agreed range: from a single file to a program database or server. The result has a date and a description so that the owner of the office knows if the copy is useful. The green message from last night alone does not prove that the data can be restored in the necessary form.
The arrangements also cover a situation where the main position, server or link is not working. We're checking to see if there's an acceptable bypass and who's making the decision to run it. A copy of the data and a plan for further work are two different elements of continuity.
Each account has the owner and the right scope of permission.
We set up phone accounts, organise administrator roles, and include multi-component authentication where the system allows. The new person receives only the access needed to his job, and the worker's departure launches a list of activities covering mail, files, accounting program, signatures and external services.
We do not make decisions about who can sign or send documents. The office identifies the persons and scopes, and NexaIT implements them technically and documents. Corporate accounts should not depend on a private phone number, an e-mail address of a former employee or a password known to the entire team.
We periodically review inactive accounts, privileged roles and devices with access to data. Change of position inside the company may also require a correction of the allowances. The process owner approves access, and a history of changes allows you to check when and why it was broadcast.
Technical support shall not replace an accounting decision.
We help you configure positions, access, certificates, permissions and connect the ERP program to external services. We diagnose communication errors, network and user environment and coordinate the application with the software manufacturer if the problem lies with him.
The way in which the document is dealt with, tax deadlines and substantive decisions remain with the accounting office. This is the division we write down before we start cooperating. This allows technical assistance to act quickly, but does not create an apparent responsibility for an area that requires accounting or legal knowledge.
Before updating or migration, we will establish a copy, a test account, a deadline and a way of checking the operation. The first closing of the month after a major change may require an additional support window. The scope of such assistance shall be determined separately so that it is not a default promise without cover.

The data of many customers requires layers, not one program.
The basis are updates, station security, limited administrator accounts, secure mail, network segmentation and verified copies. It is on this basis that we select additional tools. The antivirus will not replace the access-receiving procedure, and the firewall will not fix the lack of a copy of the accounting program database.
When suspected of an incident, an employee needs a simple channel of notification and instructions, which they do not do. We identify contact persons, a way to secure traces and a priority for events affecting confidentiality or availability of data. Legal obligations shall be assessed by the data owner with the appropriate adviser; NexaIT shall support the technical side.
The mail requires the correct configuration of domains, filters and authentication, but also users' comments. Training helps recognise attempts to extort, while the procedure determines how to report an error quickly. We combine technical security with an action that can be performed in the daily work of the office.
The scope and cost arise from the office environment.
The price is affected by the number of users, stations, servers, locations, industry-specific software and the required hours of support. Licences, equipment, large migrations and projects shall be shown separately if they are not included in an individual contract. Response time means starting a diagnosis, not a guaranteed time to remove any failure.
The first step may be a free online review, during which we discuss copies, accounts, network, mail and responsibility. After the meeting, we point to three priorities. If a detailed audit or migration of the accounting program is required, we describe the separate scope and the criteria for pre-assessment receipt.
A good offer also indicates how the cooperation will end. Documentation, domain, licences and accounts remain under customer control and the contractor's access can be received in an orderly manner. This allows you to change the supplier without risk of loss of business data or continuity of work.
